We have many years' experience of transitioning customers from existing systems. We work to an approved 'blueprint' implementation which we'll share with you and your team. Upon receiving your signed order, we assign a Project Manager who oversees the entire implementation ensuring highest quality and customer satisfaction.
Does the EPOS integrate with my PMS?
The EPOS system is an extension of the core Alacer PMS, which means all information is in real-time and there is no requirement for any third-party interfaces or integrations.
What level of reporting is available?
Powerful reporting allows you to analyse your sales at item level with real time graphic displays and reports, instant margin analysis and year on year comparisons.
Alacer's EPOS system will operate from a mobile device so staff can quickly and easily process sales across your entire property, including spa, golf or gift shop and in any bar or restaurant. We recommend a device with a minimum 7inch screen with an 800x600 screen resolutions.
Do I have to source my own EPOS hardware?
Alacer can supply EPOS terminal and peripheral devices including printers, RFID readers, Finger Print Scanners, Magnetic Swipe card readers etc. If you have existing kit, we will work with you to try to utilise that, but we review this on a case-by-case basis.
Will EPOS work if my internet goes down?
If the network onsite is still operational, an internet connection is not required to run Alacer’s EPOS system.
