The booking interface is entirely customisable and can be rebranded to fit the theme,
colour scheme and the format of the rest of your website.
Google map's integration displays the location and address details of the restaurant with
a single click, allowing guests to find you quickly and easily.
Confirmation emails are automatically generated and sent to the guest. Guests also have the
option to send additional confirmations to the other members of their party.

Guests can create a user account, enabling repeat customers to log in to view and amend future
bookings, update their details or password and make new reservations quickly and easily.
The online booking system checks Restaurant Manager for live availability, allowing full
availability to be offered while removing the risk of overbooking.
Bookings received are reflected immediately in Restaurant Manager, although confirmation emails
can also copied to the restaurant team to ensure allow them to check the booking and allocate a
Guests’ details, history and special requirements are captured and stored for future bookings and
available to use in postal, email and text marketing campaigns via Sales Manager. Alacer does not
capture or store your guest data and will never market to them directly.
