Alacer Terms and Conditions of Sale

The Company will supply the hardware as detailed in the order confirmation.  

The Customer may cancel the order within 48 hours, and up until the VAT invoice has been issued.  If the order was made in error and you need to cancel please email us

The Company will add reasonable delivery charges to the VAT invoice and issue a final VAT invoice within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation.

No revisions may be made to the order after the VAT invoice has been issued.

The Customer agrees to pay all invoices and all VAT charged.

The Company will liaise with the customer contact to arrange delivery upon receipt of full payment.

All invoices will fall due for immediate settlement on the invoice date and no goods will be shipped until payment has been received in full.

Any claims for faulty or missing items must be made to the Company within 3 days of delivery and the delivery should not be accepted if the packaging is damaged.

Except where the Customer has purchased an extended on site warranty for Hardware from The Company, the Company does not supply any warranty for Hardware supplied and the liability of the Company in respect of the Hardware will be limited to the Company using its reasonable endeavours to extend to the Customer the benefit of the Manufacturer's Warranty.
