Alacer Advocates Terms and Conditions

All Alacer Software referrals must be submitted through alacer.co.uk/alacer-advocates/ If an eligible referral (as defined below) purchases a license for Software from Alacer Software Ltd within six (6) months from the date such eligible referral is accepted by Alacer Software Limited, the party making such referral will receive a £200 credit on their account. The sum shall be credited to the referring party in the 90 days of the third payment due under the license agreement with the eligible referral.

Existing customers may make multiple referrals and shall be eligible for one £200 for each such eligible referral who makes a qualifying purchase with Alacer Software Limited.

In order to qualify as an “eligible referral,” the referral must:(i) not be a current customer of Alacer, (ii) not be an existing prospect of Alacer Software Limited with an active opportunity as registered in its CRM system at the time of referral or (iii) not be otherwise unqualified as determined by Alacer in its sole discretion. Only referrals from existing customers of Alacer Software Limited will be considered for eligibility. If the same eligible referral is submitted by two customers, only the customer whose submission was first accepted by Alacer Software Limited shall qualify for the £200 described above.

By submitting a referral, you agree that Alacer Software Limited may use your name/company, and title when contacting the referred prospect. Completed referral forms become the property of Alacer Software Limited upon submission.

The Referral program continues in effect until  31 December 2025, unless earlier cancelled or extended by Alacer Software Limited in its discretion.
