We have many years' experience of transitioning customers from existing systems. We work to an approved 'blueprint' implementation which we'll share with you and your team. Upon receiving your signed order, we assign a Project Manager who oversees the entire implementation ensuring highest quality and customer satisfaction.
It is important that all financial data is correct and therefore we do not recommend importing any historical data. As part of the go-live process you will enter any upcoming guest reservations. Many customers like to treat this exercise as part of their training as it gives their team more confidence in using the system. Our implementation team will be on hand to guide you through the process.

The Alacer suite of hospitality software enables you to do most things in the one system. However, we do integrate with third parties for ancillary systems such as TV, door locks, mini bars etc. We also work with many of the key channels and OTAs.
