What happens to our membership data when we switch systems?
It is important that all financial data is correct and therefore we do not recommend importing any historical data. As part of the go-live process you will set up any new memberships. Many customers like to treat this exercise as part of their training as it gives their team more confidence in using the system. Our implementation team will be on hand to guide you through the process.
Is the collection of membership fees automated?
Yes, you can flag members who have a Direct Debit mandate in place with the frequency and amount, this data is exported in a format that most banking systems support.
We offer our members discounted pricing across the entire organisation, how is this handled?
Alacer operates from a single database, meaning there is one guest profile associated with the member. If you provide membership cards, our integrated EPOS solution will let you scan their card, which will automatically apply any discounts or voucher codes.
We have an onsite spa, is there a way for members to book their own treatments?
